We are pleased to inform the community that Puntukurnu Aboriginal Medical Service (PAMS) has secured the Pfizer vaccination for our community.

Starting in August 2021, the Pfizer vaccination will be available to our clients at our Newman clinic.

The Pfizer rollout will be taking place from 2nd - 6th of August in Newman.

PAMS aims to boost the access to vaccination for people living in remote Aboriginal communities.

PAMS Clinical Manager, Les Miller urges the community to step up and book in for their jab.

“We’re excited to be able to offer the Pfizer vaccination to our community,” said Les Miller.

“Let’s all do our part and roll up for WA. Contact PAMS to get your jab so we can keep our community and mob strong.”

People who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and are 16 years and over are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine and should register and book in now.
